Enter a VHDF Test
The Test Entry Form should be printed and filled out completely. Mail the form, your entry fee, and a copy of the dog registration document to the Test Coordinator for the Affiliate Sponsor Club. Your entry fee should be made out to the Affiliate Sponsor Club.
