All participants at any VHDF event must be a current member of VHDF.  Click here for more information on how to  Join VHDF.

Instructions to enter a field or conformation evaluation:

1.  Fill out the appropriate entry form.

2. Attach a copy of the dog's registration document.

3. Include the appropriate fee. Entry fees are set by the local Affiliate Sponsor.  Make checks for the test entry fee payable to the local Affiliate Sponsor.  Check the calendar above for the appropriate Affiliate Sponsor name and entry fee.

4. Mail the entry form, copy of the registration document, and appropriate fee to the person listed on the calendar above.
